1 It was raining hard on the main road
She was walking without an umbrella
I had one, probably stolen
The same morning from a friend
Running then to her rescue
I offer her a little shelter
By drying the water from her face
With a very gentle air, she tells me said oui .
R A little corner of an umbrella
Against a corner of paradise
She had something of an angel
A little corner of paradise
br/>Against a corner of an umbrella
I didn't lose at the exchange, of course!
2 Along the way, how tender it was
To hear the pretty song together
How the water from the sky could be heard
On the roof of my umbrella!
I would have liked, like in the flood
To see the rain constantly falling
To keep her, under my refuge
Forty days, forty nights.
3 But stupidly, even in a storm
The roads go to countries
Soon hers made a dam
On the horizon of my madness!
She had to leave me
After saying a big thank you
And I saw it' , very small
Leaving happily towards my oblivion.
