Aggadah Try It earth

Sit on a hard surface.
Preferably pavement or stone.
Make sure you are not sitting in a place where a rock will push into you or upset your meditation.
Focus now on the element of Earth.
Of Dust.
The Hebrew word for Earth is adamah.
It is from this element that our bodies were formed.
The primordial element of Earth is watced over by the angel Yerayel.
The element of Earth gives us stability, humility, and allows us to be grounded.
It is often connected with strength.
Both inwards and outwards.
Take a deep breath in.
Hold it.
And release.
Once more inhale.
Hold the breath.
And release.
Rabbi Winkler describes the stones as being the still beings.
Sentient and alive.
Emodying patience.
Imagine a rope trailing from the base of your spine down into the Earth.
Step outside of yourself, and hold on to this rope as it descends, further and further through the strata.
Hear the ancient echoes of the birth of the world.
And the footsteps of all those who have ever walked on it.
Continue down, until you feel yourself at the center of the world.
Here, fire and earth mix.
Melding patience with passion.
Breathe in.
Hold the breath.
Exhale.
Continue to breathe slowly and surely.
The sephira connected to the element of Earth is Malchut, which is Kingdom.
Often the final ending of the tree of life, this is where all other elements of the tree of life have been blended together by Yesod and deposited.
It is the realm we live in, it is what we know.
It would not be incorrect to say that Malchut, the Earth, is the sum of the Divine's attention.
And so, let us, as we sit at the center of the Earth, slowly breathing, meditate upon being the culmination of Divine Will.
Be unrushed.
Be content with not moving.
With the moment you are in right now.
Look up at the rope that you descended on and see high above you your body waiting.
Slowly begin ascending back toward your body.
Observe the different levels of Earth, the red root, the molten center, yellow magma.
See precious stones that are green and orange.
Violet, purple, blue.
And as you come back into your body, imagine seeing the whiteness of the clouds, and then that whiteness is the Divine Name.
Breathe slowly in, hold the breath and let it out.
Let the rope that was descending from your spine fill your body, bringing with it all of the essence of stone.
Take your time, feeling your body as heavy and immovable.
Keep your breath slow and steady.
Allow that strength and heaviness to seep into your physical and your spiritual body, infusing your willpower and your determination.
As you go forward, allow your actions to be the culmination of your full attention, your full determination.
