I wrote to Juancito
that I couldn't find
the inspiration
to make a meringue
that has the flavor
that there is in the province (bis)
I asked Juancito
to send a reply
and to write that little meringue as soon as possible.

to make a meringue
I have the recipe for you.
A guacharacha,
a box, an accordion
and a happy voice
that preserves the cadence.
And in a pot
you put them on the stove
and you shake them
pa 'that they gain consistency.
You put essences
that come from the heart,
you give them the seasoning
with leaves of patience.
And then you scratch them
lemon peels
and you make the songs
with your own experiences.
The time that goes and goes
