Circles spun in history, an endless war for peace
I saw those cowboys every day... and all the pain they caused
Settle in the scores, but it wasn't in the movies anymore

We can walk the road together, 'till we've evened up the score
Money, fame, or oil is always worth something fighting for
It must be something worth fighting for
Well, I couldn't understand it; I just knew it wasn't right
I shook my head in disbelief as I wandered in the night
'Till I stumbled on those words, laid down in the depths of history... They didn't come from me
But, I happened to agree
Because, peace is not a medal; it's not something to be won
