It's not fair for he was taken away
Now his gone; he's really gone
They cut his long life in a few seconds
Then he fell and he died at the same spot he was born
One by one they keep falling, condemned to stay down
Their spaces are now taken by spots to sit down
Under his shade I knew the meaning of hush
Breathing with his lungs I found the cure for my madness
But he's gone, now he's gone forever
And we couldn't say good bye
Reposing in his shadow I smiled to nature
I enjoyed with him the delicate dance of wind
They chopped his body with an ax in their hands
Now we can buy him in the shape of a chair
His family keeps getting smaller as his departure arrives
