The light is on again in the old house
But you can't see it anymore
The eyesight has long gone out
Everything is deaf and black
The eyes have been scratched out
The fingertips peeled off and burnt out
Broken nose, bloody and crusty
A tangle of wire growing out of the ears
The tongue cut out with scissors
Fear, paranoia!< br/>The house weathers away on the cliffs facing the sea
Consumed by time, disappointment and anger
The fog obscures everything that was
Eviscerated inside, lifeless and rigid
Mutilated , you lie there motionless
You think, there must be someone there
Can't see anything, hear nothing, feel nothing
You don't understand it, you're alone
You lie there and you are a cripple
That's what you always wanted to be
You made such a mess of yourself
And die for yourself alone
