through the distant mountain
a horseman is riding
he wanders alone in the world
and wishes for death
he carries a wound in his chest
his soul is destroyed
he would like to lose his life
and be reunited with his beloved

with his guitar singing
he spends entire nights
man and guitar crying
in the light of the stars
then he gets lost in the night
