He fall against the pains of death
Just as a person tries to fight it off
Four days before his death
worst he was suffering from severe pain

it could have been cleaned onto the Holy book and the sunna or it could have been about performing assalat and being attaintive towards slaves
despite he's suffering the prophet (SAW)
