Go on Safari, too.
Then hitch across the outback -
To be out there with you!
I’d hitch every dusty highway -
Each winding country lane,
I’d work my way by steamer -
To ease this gnawing pain.
I’d tightrope over canyons -
Swim every river too.
Sink into every luscious valley -
To be out there with you!
When you first told me you were going -
It all seemed so far away!
But now it’s nearly on us -
I feel like begging you to stay...
