to us who are people of the plains
expert city navigators
the sea always scares us a little
for that idea of u200bu200btoo much freedom.
Yet we have salt in our hair
of the sea we have the depth 
and cold women in shawls
waiting for what we don't know.< br/>Sea people who go
wherever they like, where they don't know.
People who die of nostalgia
but when they return after a day they die
for the desire to go away.
And when we stop on the shore
our gaze on the horizon goes away
taking our thoughts adrift...
...corsair people who aren't there it's more
distant people who carry in their hearts
this big blue brother.
Across the sea there is someone who...
...knows nothing of you...
...we prisoners in these cities
always live from today and yesterday
nailed by reality,
and the seafarers go...< br/>...we prisoners in these great cities...
