Fully crewed and stored and then - with sails set full and by.
Will she ever sail again - that ship with perfect line?
Or will young Nannie chase Tam then - for all the rest of time?
Will she ever sail again - under a Moodie, Woodget or Moore?
With a crew of twenty one or so - but work for many more!
Will she ever sail again - that clipper sleek and fine?
A faster sailing ship than her has seldom crossed the Line!
Will she ever sail again - or forever stay?
Hard aground on Greenwich Pier - forever and a day!

From Tristan to the Circular Quay - and back to the old Thames’ mouth.
